Lesson Fees

Lessons are available in 30-minute and 60-minute sessions for both voice and piano. Pay per lesson, fortnightly, monthly, or discuss with Jodi to save when you book a full 10-week school term.

Payment is due before each lesson and is accepted by credit card or cash. Other payment arrangements can be discussed with Jodi.

Studio Policies

Cancellations, Simply Put

These policies keep lessons running smoothly and fairly for everyone. There are three possible outcomes when a lesson is cancelled: forfeit (payment retained, the lesson does not take place), makeup (rescheduled for another day), or credit or refund (the fee is credited to your next invoice or refunded in full).

If You Need to Cancel

Life doesn't always go to plan. For illness, an emergency, or another unavoidable circumstance, Jodi will do her best to arrange a makeup lesson or apply a credit to your next invoice.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required
Less than 24 hours notice: the lesson is forfeited
Makeup lessons are capped at one per term
Holidays or schedule clashes generally result in a forfeited lesson; an alternative learning activity may be offered where possible

If Jodi Needs to Cancel

In the unlikely event of an unavoidable emergency on the studio's side, you choose one of the following:

A rescheduled lesson at a time that suits you
A credit applied to your next invoice
A full refund

These policies apply to all students enrolled at Jodi Voice & Piano Studio and are enforceable from the date of first enrolment.
