A Life in Music
I'm a classically trained opera soprano, pianist, and qualified music educator with over 30 years of classroom teaching experience in Newcastle and Hunter Region schools, including Bishop Tyrrell College, Trinity Catholic College, St Joseph's and St Paul's High Schools.
That professional experience is what I bring directly to your lessons: real technique, real performance craft, and a teaching style built on decades of helping students of every age enjoy their music.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Music Education (1994)
- Associate A.T.C.L in Classical Singing (1997)
- 8th Grade AMEB Piano
On Stage
- Soloist roles in Handel's Messiah and Mozart's Requiem
- Two recorded albums
- Performed for audiences of 3,000 at Speers Point Carols by Candlelight
